We have our own machine production line, assembly line, sample room, and aging workshop. We are an industry and trade integrated company.The machine equipment production line currently includes Samsung S-2 small pitch machine, small pitch fully automatic screw machine, domestic fully automatic small pitch printing machine, water injection machine, circulation heater, three-proof paint Our chip mounters can mount an average of 75,000 Lamp beads per hour, and our screw machines can drive an average of 1,200 screws per hour.
Our assembly plant currently has 24 employees, and can assemble more than 300 units per day on average. Standard die-cast aluminum small pitch aging products can reach more than 120 square meters, module aging can reach more than 80 square meters.
In addition, we also have strong pre-sales and after-sales services, actively solve customer problems and connect with factories to ensure customers’ on-time delivery rate and product quality. As the order volume continues to increase, we will continue to expand our factory area and welcome more machinery and equipment. The company will focus on the factory as the core development.
