Key challenges included:
Achieving exceptional image clarity and color accuracy for close-range viewing by front-row audiences and camera close-ups; ensuring fast, efficient installation and dismantling within tight event schedules; providing a lightweight yet durable solution that could be flown or ground-stacked safely; delivering consistent brightness (600cd/m²) under complex stage lighting conditions, including spotlights and dynamic color washes; enabling seamless splicing and, where needed, curved configurations to match creative stage designs; and ensuring absolute reliability throughout multi-day rehearsals and live performances.
The P2.976 pixel pitch delivers outstanding clarity and smooth tonal reproduction, making live video feeds, pre-recorded content, and real-time graphics appear sharp and vibrant even from the first row. With a 3840 Hz refresh rate, the display eliminates flicker and scanning lines, ensuring clean results for broadcast cameras and a comfortable viewing experience for audiences.
Utilizing die-cast aluminum cabinets in 500×500mm and 500×1000mm sizes, the display is both robust and remarkably light—7.0 kg for the 500×500mm cabinet and 13.5 kg for the 500×1000mm cabinet. This allows a small crew to assemble the 28 sqm screen quickly, saving valuable setup time. The modular design also supports curved configurations via optional curved locks, giving stage designers creative freedom.
While deployed indoors for this event, the stage rental led display offers flexible environmental protection (IP54 for indoor use, IP65 for outdoor). This ensures the same inventory can be used across different venues and seasons, maximizing return on investment for rental companies.
The display integrates with standard stage control systems via power and signal airplugs, supporting quick daisy-chaining of cabinets. With high-gray processing and wide viewing angles, the screen maintains consistent color and brightness across the entire 28 sqm surface. Rigorous factory aging testing guarantees 24/7 reliability throughout the event run.
